2004-04-20 - 9:54 a.m. I found this morning while doing chi kung that it's more important to let go with the mind rather than with the body. It doesn't mean the body can be tense. It just means the mind has a greater influence on the chi kung practice. It's a very distinct feeling when the mind lets go of its running thoughts and worries. That's when you feel a true sense of freedom and joy. I think as a result, the chi flows more freely throughout, at least that's what I felt.
