This morning's chi kung session was especially enjoyable. More enjoyable was the eight techniques for the eyes after the chi kung. I felt a deep sense of well being, comfort and ease when I was doing the "far and near" eye exercise. "Now is the time to smile from the heart!" I told myself. The more I smiled from the heart, the more naturally I was able to let go and just enjoy being there with nature. I let my worries and fears drift away. I felt a sense of serenity and love.
